How the math works
Turnover (also called rollover or wagering) is the total amount you have to bet before bonus money becomes withdrawable. It isn't money you lose. It's money that passes through the games.
- Turnover needed = (bonus, or deposit + bonus) × multiplier ÷ game contribution.
- Number of bets = turnover ÷ your bet size.
- Average cost = turnover × (100% − RTP). This is what the house edge takes on average while you clear the bonus. Real sessions swing far above and below it.
If the average cost is bigger than the bonus, the bonus is worth less than nothing on average. Also check the max cash-out, the expiry and the eligible games in the terms. These can cap or cancel what you win.
2026 rules that affect bonuses
Since May 2026, PAGCOR caps rebates at 1.5% of turnover or deposits, and cash-back at 15% of net losses. Read BSP and PAGCOR rules explained for the details.

What does "20x turnover" mean?
You need to place bets totalling 20 times the bonus, or the deposit plus bonus if the terms say so, before you can withdraw. A ₱100 bonus at 20x means ₱2,000 in total bets.
Is a free 100 bonus worth it?
Sometimes. Put the turnover multiplier and max cash-out into the calculator. Many free credit offers have high multipliers and low cash-out caps, so the realistic value is small.
Why is my withdrawal blocked after a bonus?
Usually because the turnover isn't finished yet. See GCash withdrawal stuck for the full checklist.
